Each classroom is led by a certified teacher and assistants that are experienced in developing and delivering a curriculum appropriate for the children in that classroom. We utilize the research-based Creative Curriculum as our guide, which is the same curriculum that many of our sending school districts have chosen for its preschools. The curriculum is comprehensive and aligned to essential early learning standards, using exploration and discovery as a way of learning. We believe that Experiential Learning is the most meaningful way of learning for young children. When children explore and experience life in a hands-on way, using all their senses, they come to learn about the world around them in a meaningful way that develops real schema, visual representations and will lead to higher level thinking skills. In addition, our preschool students participate in weekly music, art, library, and gym classes, as well as animal therapy.
